Help

Most questions are about a code that will not resolve. If that is yours, start with the first section — it is nearly always one of three things.

Finding your photos

What is SnaptureX?

Venues we work with photograph their guests — on rides, at splash-outs, at meet points and gates. SnaptureX is where you collect those photographs afterwards.

Where do I find my code?

It is printed on the card you were handed as you left, underneath the QR square. Scanning that QR opens this site with the code already filled in; typing it works just as well. Case does not matter.

I entered my code and nothing came up.

Almost always one of three things. Check the code for an O typed instead of a zero, or a 1 instead of an I. If it looks right, the frames may still be uploading from the ride — wait a few minutes and try the same code again. If it still fails, contact the venue with the date and the ride and they can look it up.

How long after my visit are photos available?

Usually within minutes of the capture. Busy days and poor signal at the ride can delay an upload, so if a frame you expected is missing, try again a little later before assuming it was not taken.

Do I need an account?

Yes, and it is only an email address and a password. The account is what ties the photographs to you, so they are still there when you come back — including next year's visit.

Your album

Can I add more than one code?

Yes. Enter as many codes as you have and every one lands in the same album, filed under the visit it came from. Several visits, several venues and several years all sit together.

Which of my photos can I see?

Everything attached to a code you have claimed. If your family were photographed on the same ride under the same code, those frames are in your album too.

Can someone else claim my code?

A code can be claimed by whoever holds the card, so treat it like a ticket. Once it is attached to your account the photographs stay in your album.

How long do you keep my photos?

Photographs you have claimed stay in your account until you remove them. Captures nobody claims are deleted on the schedule set by the venue that took them.

Downloads and orders

What resolution do I get?

Downloads are the full resolution the frame was shot at, not a preview.

What does it cost?

What is on offer, and what it costs, is set by the venue you visited. Both are shown in your album once your code is in — nothing is charged before you choose it.

Can I get prints rather than files?

At venues that offer them, yes. Print options appear alongside the digital ones in your album.

Are my card details safe?

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Card details are entered with them and never reach our servers.

Account and privacy

How do I change my password?

From the Profile section of your album. If you cannot get in at all, use the reset link on the sign-in page.

How do I delete my account?

Email support from the address on the account and ask us to close it. We will delete the account and the photographs claimed to it.

What do you do with my data?

Only what is needed to get your photographs to you. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is held, who sees it and how to have it removed.

Still stuck?

Email support@snapturex.com with the date you visited and the venue — that is usually enough to find you without the code. See also the privacy policy and terms.
